This bilingual report presents the Government of Canada's Annual Immigration Plan. It includes ranges for the number of immigrants and refugees, according to various categories, that will be admitted into Canada in 1999. Immigration levels for Canada, Quebec, and the other provinces are also specified. Following this are relevant statistics from 1995 to 1998.
