Abstract English
This bibliography on systemic racism in Canada consists of an overview of the commissions, inquires and academic work concerning race relations in Canada. The bibliography is divided into two main sections, the first concerned with resources on Police/Aboriginal relations, the second concerning Police/Visible Minority Relations. Within these two sections, the information is further divided into the categories of Federal, Provincial and Related documents. There are also samples of newspaper, magazine and journal articles included at the end of the report.
Quotations
These numerous written works symbolize the failure of Canada to deal fairly and equitably with its people. The efforts represented in these findings, and the faith placed in them by all those involved, will only be justified by the application of those doucments and their recommendations, into action.
