This presentation by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario will look at the latest research on causes of heart disease and stroke as well as ways to reduce the risks of heart attacks and stroke through a combination of healthy life style and diet.

The speakers will include Dr. David Park, a researcher at the Ottawa Civic Hospital and Dr. Xiaohui Zha, at the Ottawa Health Research Institute.Presented by the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
